1. Buttons are temperamental -you have to push the temperature and time button many times for response. Also, if you open the door before the timer goes off and decide the food is done, when you shut the door it resumes cooking but the Stop/Cancel button takes forever to respond. 2. If you are cooking foods that release grease such as chicken wings, do not shake the basket to flip food - all the grease will shake all over the food and even splash out of the basket. 3. Rubber stoppers that keep the rack in place are necessary but they keep on falling off easily even when just shaking the basket and always when washing. 4. Double-check the dimensions of the air fryer, with the space that you want to put it into because it seems to be awfully big and huge. 5. This unit also throws off a lot of heat. So if you're expecting to use it in the summer on a 90 plus degree day without heating up your kitchen - reset your expectations.
