1. The knobs feel and look plastic and feel a bit cheap. 2. The numbers on the cook time knob and the temperature knob fall between the markings, so you have to be diligent in turning the knob right in between the marks to get the designated temperature or cook time. 3. The crumb tray has to be angled in between two sets of screws in order to slide in properly and lay flat. It's a bit odd that these screws are an obstruction 4. The rubber feet at the bottom of the air fryer leave cleanable marks all over the countertop. 5. Cleaning the air fryer basket is a bit of a hassle.
