1. Hassle to clean. Despite the drip tray, with convection, stuff flies around and crumbs will get underneath the tray. Also, with the two heating elements near the bottom, It is a hassle cleaning underneath them. You sort of having to "floss" underneath the heating elements with your wash towel. 2. It is not entirely safe for use near the wooden cabinets because of the heat exhaust. 3. It seems to require more time to cook things than the internet recipes state but still faster than most ovens.
