1. Drip tray will need steel wool to clean. The drip tray is shallow and difficult to take out with the fat. 2. The cookbook is nice but instructions for everyday use would be more helpful. 3. Cleaning internal surfaces is a bit difficult to do. Food stains adhere tightly to surfaces. 4. You have to be careful of how fast it cooks so the food is not overcooked. 5. The outside gets so hot that it melts a sippy cup sitting over a foot away on the counter. It probably is not a good idea to use it during the summer at all because of that.
