It’s pretty easy to use and works great but the buttons do not tell you, on the machine, what they do. If you don’t look inside the booklet, you’ve just got to touch them and see what they do. A number of users are complaining about the non stick coating coming off after several months of use. This could easily turn into a health hazard. Too small, you can’t make enough fries or fish filet for a family of 4, you can only have to do it in batches. The touch screen and handle get hot when running. The heat output is very high to the back and at the bottom. The screen only tells you the set temperature, not the current temperature of a cooking session. It may need some pre-heating if you really want a deep-fry style.
