• It was VERY loud • Very hard to make nut butter because in the video looks like you have to press the button and will get butter in a few minutes, in real life you have to scrap off nuts from the jar every 5 seconds. It takes like 30-40 minutes total to make a small amount of butter. • Heavy pitcher due to the technology integrated into the bottom of it, cannot submerge pitcher. • You just need to read and understand completely the instructions! Is not something that you can figure out because you can do something wrong. Is too technological, so if you don't understand it it will be a headache. • difficult to clean beneath the blades and you cannot get the bottom of the blender pitcher wet or immerse in water, so back-to-back blends require some creativity. • Must be careful when cleaning since the glass part does not separate from the machine
