No preset modes for different food. When you select cooking mode, a default time is set (i.e. 10 min for Max Crisp, 15 min for air fry, and 20 for bake). Quite tall but should still fit on your counter. You will still need to have the back and top open when using it as the air intake is at the top and the air exhaust is in the back. It's deep but the cooking is uneven. The top will get burned while the bottom is still raw. You can make this problem go away by shaking your meal. You constantly have to Google the cooking temperature and time of a food item as not a lot are in the booklet that comes with the appliance. It is considered to be a bit noisy.
