PROS

Ninja OP401 Pressure Cooker
Buffalo QCP412 Pressure Cooker
Yes

1. Make dinner in an instant and save time Pressure Cooking is 70% faster than conventional stove-top cooking. You can cook an entire meal that usually takes 4 hours or more in approximately 30 minutes using foodstuffs right out of your refrigerator or freezer. One-pot meals to include veggies and meats. 2. Obtain health results with healthy cooking Air-Frying has gained much popularity because it is just healthier for your family when you use far fewer fats and oils cooking your meals. This Ninja OP401 does just that and more. As against deep-fat frying, it can cut up to 75% of the fats using the Air-Crisping function without any loss of flavor at all. 3. Safest pressure cooker out there This Ninja Foodi is built to last for many years of frequent use. All of its safety features are UL Certified. It also features a heavy-duty, 8-qt, non-stick, ceramic-coated pot; 5-qt ceramic-coated Cook & Crisp basket; crisping lid; pressure lid; stainless steel reversible rack. 4. It has a dehydrate feature Gently remove moisture from your favorite fruits, vegetables, or meats to create homemade snacks like jerky or banana and kale chips. 5. It is definitely very easy to clean All of the included parts are dishwasher safe. However, please note that ceramic-coated pots should be washed by hand to keep their life prolonged. The stainless steel, reversible rack cleans more easily if you lightly coat the grid with cooking oil as you would the racks in your oven if cooking food directly on the grid – it cleans up easily, especially after baking or broiling cuts of meats. 6. Easy to read and use controls with an intuitive panel Get uncomplicated cooking selections in bright, LED, digital, touchscreen illumination. You simply choose the cooking time, temperature, and function, then, touch the 'Start / Stop' button. Your meal starts to cook, and, when it is finished the unit automatically switches to 'Warm' mode for up to 12 hours until you shut it off. 7. CONS

Ninja OP401 Pressure Cooker
Buffalo QCP412 Pressure Cooker
Yes

1. The inner bowl is made with ceramic which is non-stick. The stainless steel would have been better but it does work very well and the non-stick is OK; it is also safe and long-lasting. 2. It's a really large appliance. It takes up quite a bit of room, especially since the separate pressure cooker lid needs a home, too. On-removable air-fryer lid. This makes the unit quite bulky when using the pressure cooker part, as the lid of the air fryer just sticks up there. It also means if you store this in a cabinet, you can't remove the air fryer lid to cut down on height.

Yes

• It is not electric • Lacks a pressure gauge • It is not programmable.
