• A little noisy but the power is incredible. • The company doesn't make larger cups for this model. • Cap very hard to get to a point where leakage during blending is nonexistent, with this gripe comes cleaning, which is difficult given the bases numerous crevices. • The noise is a bit loud so its best used with earplugs. • Remember to add some liquid in addition to the ice cubes, so that you can stir better. • Cup must be pushed down and held throughout the blending process. • If you overfill can get messy. • No timer so you have to watch the clock to make sure you're not over-blending. • Quality/robustness of accessories not totally consistent • Some of the recipes in the books call for amounts/proportions of ingredients that are hard to totally fit in the containers.
