You have to let it warm up for a minute or so before you start the desired cooking selection. it is large for an average countertop There is no cover on heating elements which may end up burning your food. Cleaning the rear inside corners of this Ninja Foodi is a bit hard due to the design of the heating elements. However, you can use dawn spray which makes cleaning easy. It is considered to be a bit noisy. The non-stick coating is not that perfect. Some of the ingredients get stuck on the insides of the pot.
