The instructions on the pre-packaged chicken say 360 degrees but the machine only increases and decreases in increments of 25. however, you can set it at 350 degrees and everything will be just fine. 2. The Philips air fryer stays cool to the touch everywhere except the back of the appliance, where it's incredibly hot.
